Do I have to wear foodora clothes?

foodora-branded clothes are optional for freelance riders to wear.

However, to be eligible to receive the branding fee you are required to wear three pieces of branded gear on your upper body such as a helmet/caps, jacket and thermobag.

Is any equipment mandatory?

Although foodora-branded gear is optional, you are required to always use a thermobag (of any brand).

Orders should be placed in a small thermobag, and the small thermobag is then placed in your bike or car bag.

This is to meet Norwegian food safety requirements. Riders found delivering without a thermobag may face a review of their agreement.

Who can buy things from this store?

This store is only for active foodora riders! Please use your registered foodora email and Rider ID when you place an order.

If you provide incorrect information, your order may be cancelled.

How do I log in to the store?

You don’t need a password! Just type your foodora email and Rider ID at checkout.

I am a new rider. Do I buy my first bag here?

When you signed up, we asked if you needed equipment.

If you answered "Yes", we already ordered your starter kit for you!

If your bags do not arrive in 2 to 4 working days, please reach out to us below in the "Get In Touch" section of the Contact Page linked here.

Payment & Shipping

Will the cost of gear be deducted from my rider earnings?

 No. This store is completely separate from your rider payments.

You must pay with a bank card (credit or debit) when you check out.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days.

When we send your package, you will get a confirmation with a tracking link from our local courier partner (e.g. Posten, Bring).

Tip: Download the Posten app and register with your phone number and email address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 169 NOK for all orders.

You pay for this when you check out.

Where will my package be delivered?

Your package will go to the closest pickup point to your home.

The local courier partner delivering your package (e.g. Posten, Bring) will send you a confirmation with all the details.

How can I track my package?

Clothing Size

REVIEW My clothes do not fit. Can I change the size?

Yes! You can exchange unused items for free within [14 days] after you get them. Please go to the [Link to Returns Portal] to get a return label and pick a new size.

How do I pick the right size clothing?

Look at the very last photo on the product page to see the size chart. We recommend measuring your own clothes at home and comparing them to our chart!

If you''re not sure, always go up – our sizes are small.

Replacements, Returns & Exchanges

I lost my equipment. What do I do?

We do not give free replacements for lost items. However, you can easily buy new gear right here in the store!
